Pilates
A lover of movement and strength, Ciarra discovered the magic of Pilates after a lower back injury in 2019 and never looked back since. She believes that Pilates is for everyone and is on a mission to make it accessible to anyone who yearns for a positive change in their mind, body & lifestyle.
She has trained under Australian Physiotherapist and Pilates Institute and Balanced Body for Mat & Reformer Pilates, respectively. Aside from Pilates, she enjoys spinning, Lagree, strength training and is always game for a good sweat session!
Her reformer program focuses on power, strength and endurance, combining classic Pilates moves with dynamic, athletic exercises to bring more spice and intensity into the class while keeping things low-impact. Expect a lot of unilateral work, longer durations and lots of pulses to target, challenge and fatigue those muscles resulting into a longer, leaner and STRONGER you!
