Meet Hajar; an Olympic synchronized swimmer turned into a passionate Pilates and Barre instructor.
After accomplishing her lifetime goal of participating in the Beijing Olympic Games, she decided to retire from her athletic career to use and translate her experience into sports education and coaching.
Discovering pilates by pure chance; it made her aware of how important and brilliantly effective this practice is, no matter how fit one might already be. She consequently decided to study it professionally and get certified through STOTT PILATES.
Hajar is constantly using her Pilates & Barre education along with her 17 yrs of athletic experience to create classes that focus on strengthening the core muscles, increasing overall body strength, endurance and flexibility.
She constructs workouts that help gain long lean muscles through committed practice, and optimizing clients’ performance in other sports and daily activities as well.
Most importantly, Hajar loves to make her clients feel challenged in her class, be very mindful of Pilates’ principles and finish each workout feeling they got the complete best out of them.
