Kundalini Yoga
Nicole Malick, known as Satya Adi Kaur in the Kundalini Yoga community, is an international social worker recognized for her ability to effectively design and lead programmes that address sustainability, equity, and peace. Spending the past 16 years traveling to over 50 countries, Satya used yoga to maintain flexibility and strength in the most remote communities. Six years ago, Satya found Kundalini Yoga to help manage her Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as a result of her work, and uncovered a new passion in sharing this powerful technology.
She is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher from the Kundalini Research Institute and is an active teacher in Abu Dhabi and New Jersey, USA. Blending her passion for helping others, she is currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist programme. Satya is also certified in teaching trauma-informed yoga and people with chronic health disorders.
Committed to bringing consciousness to communities, Satya is also a Trustee for B One Foundation, a London based non-profit which promotes mindfulness and yoga in urban communities. She is also a Trustee for Project Maji Foundation and Non-Executive Board Member, e7, Daughters of the Emirates by Promise of a Generation, which works with young women around the Emirates to create social impact. She is also a Visiting Lecturer at Middlesex University Dubai, Law and Politics programme and holds a license of Social Work in New Jersey, USA.
