Yoga
Timea has been practicing various styles of yoga and meditation for over 15 years. She is passionate about guiding people how to reconnect to their own inner peace through yoga, gentle movement, breathing as well as relaxation and sound healing meditation. She also offers special classes designed to help physical, emotional and mental challenges during pregnancy as well as postnatal recovery.
Timea focuses on improving the circulation of energy and information in the body without stressing the heart. This is a great way to enhance one’s flexibility, improve strength and build balance skills while keeping the breath relaxed.
Her most influential teacher is Simon Borg-Olivier, co-founder of the Sydney based Yoga Synergy school. Timea has completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2014 with Simon Borg-Olivier. She has been training with Simon yearly since then, and in 2019 she graduated from the 300 hours YTT with Simon Borg-Olivier in Bali. She has also obtained prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training qualifications from Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. In her free time she likes recharging in nature, hiking, doing meditation and yoga practice at sunsets on the beach with her family.
