This course is designed for regular practitioners and teachers seeking to design a class that is more in line and in tune with their mind body and spirit. Sequencing according to certain conditions and climates personally and environmentally allows intelligence and sensibility to emerge through collaboration of specific asanas teaching the practitioner how to instinctively navigate through the body mind and spirit. Practitioners will be given guidelines designed to offer the body control whilst at the same time offering the body the freedom it requires to move effectively. Being sensitive and observing the body’s needs and requirements will help educate the practitioner on how to release tension and stagnation from the body to re establish balance and stillness. This is an interactive course to offer the practitioner various tools in navigating flexibility in the body and ultimately the mind and spirit. A deep understanding of the principles of yoga is required prior to attending this course.
