Barre workout is a multi-level class geared to challenge the whole body. The technique combines elements of ballet, light resistance, and cardiovascular fitness all in one session. It sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body leaving you with a long and lean physique, without added bulk. Besides getting the chance to try the full workout and sweat it out in this workshop; you will also learn the correct techniques to perform Barre movements. To make sure that you are engaging all the necessary muscles groups mindfully, you are maximizing the benefit out of each exercise, and most importantly learning safe execution to avoid injuries. This free workshop is suitable for Barre class regulars that would like to refresh or learn correct & safe execution, for beginners that were intimidated to try it, and anyone that had never had the chance to!
