Saturdays
HATHA YOGA with Chaithra
11:00am – 12:00pm
Hatha yoga refers to a set of asanas (traditional yoga postures) designed to align your entire body. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body – especially the spine – so that energy can flow freely. Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation.
It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
Levels: Age 16+ years & all levels (no experience necessary)
SOUND HEALING & RESTORATIVE STRETCHING with Meena
5:00pm – 6:00pm
Sound healing combined with restorative yoga is a restful practice that is about slowing down and opening up the body through passive stretches. This class will relax the body, clear the subconscious, calm the mind and activate the body’s natural healing systems.

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION with Chaithra – Ladies Only
5:00pm – 6:00pm
Prana means “life force” and describes the energy that sustains the life of the body and Yama means “control”. Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on the breath. Modern science supports what ancient yogis taught, awareness of the breath can directly affect the quality of your health and life. This class consists of breathing techniques that will help participants recognise the connections between breath, the mind and emotions.
