For 2 people.   Understanding the role of Pelvic Floor muscles can greatly enhance your self-awareness, encompassing your emotional, physical, and sexual well-being. This knowledge applies to various stages of life, whether you’re a teenager, a woman in adulthood with or without children, currently experiencing pregnancy or postpartum, or an older woman dealing with urinary or menopausal issues. This is a Franklin Method workshop for all females that would like to know more about themselves.
