This 1 hour session is built around a progressive rock instrumental music to keep you focused as well as trigger the fierce animal in you.
Movement flow is a strong practice created by Joelle, she mixes animal flow and functional strength within a yoga sequence challenging your coordination, strength as well as flexibility.
It’s a great way to get strong, move and have fun!
