How trauma affects women and our movement and ability/inability to handle pain
The importance of cardiovascular and weight training and how it should be approached
How to move toward healthy body composition, whilst putting health first.
This workshop is open to anyone who has an interest in health and exercise/training and will only cover in brief each of the topics – we will provide time after the workshop to expand on some of the areas
