This Ashtanga/Vinyasa-based workshop is a fun and challenging session, designed for anyone who is ready to take their yoga practice to the next level. Arm balancing and Inversions can strengthen the muscles in the body, help develop core strength, and increase blood flow through the system.This workshop will take us through the basics on how to comfortably practice arm-balancing asanas and inversions like headstand and handstand, proper transitions in and out of them, and how to strengthen the body in order to prepare for them.
This workshop is for anyone who already has a developed yoga practice.
