Prevent injury, increase range of motion and body awareness and learn how to self-massage, this Rehab Reformer series is a mixture of self-myofascial release and rehab exercises on the Reformer.

Belinda will teach you how to release certain common areas causing issues followed by specific exercises on the Reformer to activate sleeping muscles.
