Self-Myofascial Release – All 3 workshops


Are you experiencing frequent tightness, discomfort, or even pain? Do your neck, shoulders, and back ache. Or do you get one-sided headaches? If you’ve been looking for ways, that don’t involve taking pills to ease the pain, myofascial release might be the answer.

Because fascia is found throughout the body, if one part is compromised, we get less range of motion in other parts of the body, causing tightness and sometimes, pain.

Belinda will use gentle stretches combined with self-Myofascial and trigger point release techniques to smooth out sticky fascia and ease physical restrictions in a systematic way that you can apply in the comfort of your home after the workshop. 

We will provide the therapy balls for these workshops, however, if you prefer softer ones, we are selling a set of therapy balls for 95AED

All the workshops will be conducted in this format:

  • Theory

Workshop 1: Focus on Upper and Lower Limbs

This workshop will look into helping with knee pain, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, calf pain, foot pronation and increasing your for squats/lunges range of motion.

Workshop 2: Focus on Spine/Hip Area

We will look into alleviating back pain, sciatica impingement, slipped disc, bulging disc, herniated disc, SI joint pain, scoliosis, hip pain.

Workshop 3: Focus on Upper Limbs: Shoulder/Neck

We will look into possible sources of different musculoskeletal issues such as migraine, headache, stiff neck, tingling fingers, loss of grip strength and increasing  your range of motion for shoulder flexion and hand behind back.

The ultimate success formula for addressing any movement dysfunction body from chronic musculoskeletal pain is reprogramming it with smart movement solutions that integrate the shoulder, trunk, hip and foot to regain control over stability, mobility and proprioception for optimal movement immediately right after an effective myofascial trigger point release session.
