Ballet (ages 6-8) is an hour-long class to help beginning ballet dancers improve their basic technique and develop a solid routine of barre work, center work, and across the floor movement. The class utilizes a combination of traditional classical ballet discipline and fun choreography and games to help young dancers progress towards the rigorous structure in intermediate levels of ballet. New and continuing dancers welcomed. Ballet shoes are required. Parents are invited to attend the last 15-minutes of the Thursday class to get a glimpse of what students have learned over the week.
