Natasha Clarke

Natasha has always been dedicated to many forms of exercise, seeing the benefits of a holistic approach. She enjoyed ballet from an early age and was first introduced to Pilates as part of her strength and conditioning training when she was a representative swimmer in Australia. More recently Pilates has significantly helped Natasha’s rehabilitation from 3 knee operations, making her a huge Pilates fan.

Natasha holds an Exercise Science and Nutrition degree and is a Stott trained Pilates instructor in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Pre & Post Natal Pilates. Her passion is rehabilitation from sporting injuries and keeping people of all ages moving
