Zita Saunders

Zita started practicing yoga over 20 years ago and she has been teaching since 2013. From vinyasa flow, ashtanga yoga and power yoga to yin and restorative, she teaches a variety of classes both for groups and privately. Zita also trained in more gentle styles such pre and post natal, feminine yoga and yoga Nidra meditation. She trained in the UK, at the KPJAYI in India and learnt from international teachers like Kino Macgregor, Manju Jois, Tim Miller and David Swenson. Zita’s yoga classes provide a challenging practice allowing practitioners to step out of their comfort zone and realise their own potential. Her teaching style is gentle, encouraging and inspirational.
