  • STIR AND SILENCE: A MEDITATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH SOUND HEALING 19.00-20.30

    With meditative techniques we will activate the different energy centers throughout the body. Using the sounds of Tibetan Singing bowls we balance and restore the cell energies. Finally, we sit in silence for a full integration of the experience. The practice requires minimal physical movement such as standing, sitting and laying down. Special sounds will accompany each part and clear instructions will be provided at the beginning of the evening.

This session will focus on relieving, relaxing and recharging yourself to help you become a lighthouse to anyone in need. It will include a kriya (physical movements), meditation, chanting and relaxation.

    Simon Borg-Olivier is a world-renowned yoga teacher, physiotherapist, a lecturer at RMIT University in Australia and co-author of the book titled ‘Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga’. Distilling over 30 years of yoga teaching experience, Simon teaches key information to help you develop a safer and more effective yoga practice, in a unique style.
    Simon will be running three sessions to share his unique yoga expertise with the audience.
