Pranayama is a foundational practice of yoga that uses the breath to prepare the body, nervous system, and mind for one pointed focus (Ekagrata). This three week course will cover the mechanics of correct breathing and introduce you to a variety of Pranayama practices and breath holds in a safe manner using time tested methods. This course will prepare you to develop your own personal Pranayama Sadhna (practice).
