Yoga can help you better enjoy your pregnancy, offers the opportunity to connect with your baby and attending classes is a great way to feel part of a community of pregnant women.
Prenatal Mat : Pilates

Pilates is one of best forms of exercises to do, both during and after pregnancy, its versatility means it can be adapted at any stage of pregnancy. It will help to increase your abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles, thus supporting a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. This class will help keep up your energy levels and aid in maintaining a healthy body weight.

Prenatal Pilates on the Reformer

When pregnant, Pilates on a Reformer is the ideal way to exercise. This is because Reformers properly and safely support the body whilst the exercises strengthen the core muscles and improve flexibility and mobility. All of this not only helps during pregnancy and childbirth but can also support a faster recovery after the birth.

Because your body is undergoing constant changes during pregnancy, exercises on the Reformers are tailored and adapted to match each stage of your development. They’re sufficiently low impact to be safe and comfortable but the exercises are still effective enough to build strength, flexibility and endurance.

Mummy & Baby Yoga

Mummy and baby yoga classes nurture and strengthen the bond between baby and mum with lighthearted and effective yoga practices for both of you. With special focus on post-natal yoga for mums, you will tone, align and strengthen the body after birth.

  • Friendly and easy activities for mum a baby together
  • Gentle baby yoga exercises to help babies with constipation, digestion, relaxation and sleep
  • Ease tight shoulders and back ache with simple stretches
  • Nurturing mummy yoga specific to your postnatal needs promoting rest
  • Tone the body from the inside out with specific post-natal yoga poses & barre exercises, that will help you lose weight and convert fat to muscle
Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates is one of the best forms of self-care mums can do, promoting total-body alignment, better posture and enhanced awareness of your “new” post-baby body, which work hand in hand to prevent issues like lower-back pain and shoulder and neck tension.

The intentional deep breathing during Pilates oxygenates both the muscles and the brain, which translates to increased mental clarity and patience. The boost in circulation you’ll get from engaging in Pilates movement will energize your body from head to toe, something that proves especially helpful for sleep-deprived parents.

Total Body Care Pilates

Total Body Care focuses on toning, conditioning, lifting and releasing tension from your muscles in the body and face.
With a combination of pilates, yoga and physical therapy it aims to realign the posture and walk, whilst making our faces look brighter and fresher. It’s the perfect class for anyone who wants to look and feel great, and is especially beneficial for new mamas looking to recover their bodies after birth whether your baby is 3 months or 13 years old.
