Our mission is to enhance the quality of our students lives by providing a class for everyone, from zumba to belly dancing, ballet to hip hop. Our uniquely talented and experienced team, many of whom have danced professionally, guide students of all skill levels through high energy, pulse-pounding dance experiences!
This class will equip you with the knowledge of Classical Ballet techniques and dynamic movement. The class applies the learned dance vocabulary to Broadway numbers. Classes are vigorous & fun.

Belly Dancing:

These fun classes for all ages are a great way to exercise and tone upIt is a multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness level. The class is low-impact and a great cardiovascular workout that helps to strengthen muscles, especially the back and abdominal muscles.

Bodytree Body:

Join Anissa & Nadia for this one-hour heart-pumping class, combining intermittent full body sculpting, dance cardio and high intensity intervals for a lean sculpted physique.  Join us to experience the hottest trend in fitness and have a great time while you’re burning and toning!  Don’t forget your trainers!  Minimum fitness level required due to high intensity/impact.  Instructors must be notified of any existing or prior injuries due to the intensity of the sessions.  

Bodytree Body Dance Cardio:

Focusing solely on the dance cardio element of Bodytree Body.

Bodytree Body Plus:

Bodytree Body with a bonus 30 minutes cardio blast. Will keep your heart rate pumping in the fat burn zone long after the class has finished. 
The “Yang Style Beginner I” Tai Chi Class has 14 forms.  These are the basic building blocks for the remaining forms. Students will learn how to warm-up, and how to move from one posture into another with continuous flow, meditative movements and correct footwork.  By embracing the philosophy of yin and yang, the insubstantial and substantial, and the sense of the continual passage from movement to silence, one becomes calmly alert. The beauty and naturalness of Tai Chi movements, the calmness and peace, bring practitioners of Tai Chi a joyous expression naturally.

Xtend Barre:

The Xtend Barre philosophy is simple: a multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness background. The technique combines elements of ballet, light resistance, and cardiovascular fitness all in one session. Xtend Barre offers exercises that can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge.  The Xtend Barre system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. The end result is a long and lean physique, without added bulk.

Contemporary Dance (Yoga Dance Body Rhythms):

Yoga inspired dance class set to the percussive rhythms of the drum. The class is loosely based on the Alvin Ailey dance technique of Lester Horton. Today Horton is primarily taught in New York City at the Ailey Studios and now here at Bodytree in Abu Dhabi. Imagine dance and yoga moves in one class. It’s a full-body and fun workout from your head to your toes. Some dance training recommended. Socks, jazz shoes, ballet slippers, or bare feet preferred. No sneakers!
Master Hip-Hop dance class geared toward students with multiple years of dance experience. This class consists of street styles and high energy. Be prepared to explore technique, confidence, and self-expression all while having fun!

Teens Contemporary Dance:  

For ages 11 and up. Contemporary Dance is a one-hour class that combines the techniques of ballet, modern, and jazz to promote strength and flexibility, as well as artistry and self-expression. Elements of improvisation will also be introduced. (Requires pre sign up and payment for the term.)
