I understand that:*

A minimum of 4 students per class are required. If less than 4 are enrolled for the term, the class may be cancelled and I will be refunded.

Sign Ups are for the term only. No drop ins are allowed.

Once the term payment has been collected, there is no refund for classes missed. Missed classes may be made up by attending another class if there is space available. If there is not another class of the same level, missed classes may not be made up.

Term payments are non-refundable

I authorise Bodytree to take and use photos and videos of my child for promotional purposes.
