A passionate triathlete, cyclist and mountain climber, our latest addition to our Yoga family, Michael, brings a unique skillset to bring power to your training and performance.
Michael loves to include natural flow of positions into his classes and focuses on classic Hatha, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yoga combined with Calisthenics techniques, Stretch and Meditation.
His training on and off the mat means he can push your endurance and make you stronger, often complimenting your sports and everyday life activities. He’s prepared to make you sweat and challenge yourself in his new Power Flow stretch class starting this Sunday!
Michael is very enthusiastic about correct breathing, and lives by the quote:
