Shireen, a mom of three boys, first joined Bodytree as a client in 2023—her home away from home—and is now a dedicated instructor passionate about helping women move with strength, grace and intention. Always committed to fitness, her learning journey deepened after her last pregnancy in 2017, when she faced a postpartum injury and discovered the power of alignment and control through Pilates. Focusing on alignment, flow and mindful movement, Shireen blends precision with energy to create an empowering space where every woman feels supported to grow stronger and more free in movement.
