Vicki is a highly experienced movement specialist and Personal Trainer whose journey began with a professional dance career spanning over 17 years in theatre. Her work has taken her across the globe, performing and training internationally while developing a deep understanding of the body through movement.
Her passion for movement naturally evolved into yoga and Pilates, which became essential tools for both physical performance and mental wellbeing throughout her career. Exposure to diverse teaching styles across Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA has shaped her unique, intuitive approach to training.
Following a personal injury, Vicki’s connection to Pilates deepened, transforming her perspective on strength, recovery, and the body’s ability to heal. This experience continues to influence her coaching, with a strong emphasis on intelligent movement, body awareness, and long-term wellbeing.
Vicki believes movement is more than just physical exercise, it is a way to connect body and mind, enhance awareness, and support overall quality of life.
