Ashtanga Yoga is a disciplined practice of the body and the mind, for those whose aim is to discover one’s true Self.
Through a rhythmic flow of postures and breath, that releases the discursive mind and enables us to feel deeply connected, the energy created from this practice helps promotes good health and heightened spiritual, emotional as well as physical well-being.
Joelle will guide you in a workshop style through the Ashtanga yoga principles or Eight Limbs of yoga put into practice. As a result of these workshops, your body will become more flexible, powerful and light: toxins are removed, the blood is cleaned, and the mind will become focused and calm resulting in a feeling of well-being and peace.
