Joelle will guide you in a workshop style through the Ashtanga yoga principles or Eight Limbs of yoga put into practice. As a result of these workshops, your body will become more flexible, powerful and light: toxins are removed, the blood is cleaned, and the mind will become focused and calm resulting in a feeling of well-being and peace.
