Traditional Reiki Level 1

This course is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles and techniques of Reiki, empowering you to tap into your innate healing abilities and enhance your overall well-being.

During this Reiki Level One course, you will embark on a profound exploration of Reiki’s history, philosophy, and principles.

To be able to work with Reiki you will receive an attunement from Maya who has been a Reiki Master for 10 years with a background in Reiki for the last 20 years.

Reiki is about working with the powerful energies that have always been widespread and is as old as the Universe itself. By being attuned you agree to become a channel for Pure Universal Energy under the guidance and training of Maya for life. The Reiki attunement connects you to the source of healing energy which you can then start to channel. This can be used to help heal yourself and others around you.

You will

1. Learn about how to perform reiki on yourself and how to do Reiki healing session on others.

2. Gain a deep understanding of energy healing, basic knowledge on your chakras, and how to channel healing energy through your hands.

3. Use a combination of theory and ALOT of practical exercises, to learn how to cultivate a strong connection with the universal life force energy that flows through all living beings.

Maya’s techniques are very different to many others. Her main focus is to help you understand your own energy and how to guide that energy. You will need to understand what you feel and communicate it back. For this we have a follow up session where you will practice and demonstrate what you have learn after the first 30 days.
