Meet Dr. Saniya, our #MemberOfTheMonth ✨
A devoted physician, mother, and longtime Bodytree regular, Saniya reminds us that healing doesn’t just happen in clinics it can start on the mat.

After years of caring for others, she turned inward. What began as a return to movement post-pandemic became a powerful journey of rebuilding, reconnecting, and rediscovering her own strength.

“I came back a little lost,” she shares, “and Belinda pieced me back together in the most genius way. I’ve learned more about physical health from her than I ever did in medical school.”

Through spiritual healing with Heidi and Vandana, and strength with Anissa in BTB and Pilates (“she makes it look easy even when it’s not!”), she grew stronger in body and soul.

“I’m more resilient than I’ve ever been. And I owe it not just to the workouts, but to the people at Bodytree who believed in me even when I didn’t.”

Meet Darin, our #MemberoftheMonth who turned to mo

Meet Darin, our #MemberoftheMonth who turned to movement in search of relief, and along the way, discovered a whole new way of being in her body.🤍

She began her journey hoping to ease chronic neck, knee, and back pain. What unfolded was a quiet, powerful transformation. Starting with yoga, she eventually found her rhythm in Barre and Pilates, building strength, flexibility, and confidence saying, "I feel so much better in my body. I’m stronger, more flexible, and happier.”

For Darin, the shift wasn’t just physical, it was emotional, too. With every class, she felt more connected, more energised, more herself.

“The teachers really care and help you do the movements the right way. It’s not just about working out, it’s about feeling good, inside and out.”

Her routine has become a grounding force one that brings calm, focus, and a renewed sense of well-being. Pain is no longer her constant companion. In its place: energy, ease, and joy.
