This #InternationalPilatesDay, we honour the visionary women behind Bodytree: Nadia and Sharifa Sehweil.🤍

They didn’t just build a studio.
They built a movement: a space where alignment, breath, and intention come together.
Where core strength is just the beginning, and healing happens from the inside out.

For Nadia, the mind-body connection became a lifeline during a pivotal moment in her life, leading her to STOTT PILATES and a lifelong commitment to movement as medicine blending structural fitness, nervous system regulation, and embodied strength, especially for women.

Sharifa’s path began on the mat, drawn to yoga for its healing potential and her training expanded into Pilates and fascial movement, laying the foundation for Bodytree’s deeply integrative approach.

At their core? A belief that true strength starts within and that breath, alignment, and intention can transform the body, mind, and soul.

Together, they created Bodytree Studio: Abu Dhabi’s first holistic wellness space, rooted in Pilates, yoga, functional movement, and community care.

And through their signature method, @bodytreebody, blending Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness, they’ve empowered women to move with purpose, power, and presence.

So today, we return to our core.
