Here’s where you can join us:

✨ Tuesday | 10:00am | Live Online
45 minutes of Yin Yoga & Heart Coherence with Cecilia. It’s all about softening the body and finding some inner peace from the comfort of your home. No experience needed.

✨ Tuesday | 7:15pm | In-Studio
“Deep Exhale” with Justyna. A full hour of gentle yoga and breathwork. It’s exactly what the nervous system needs to finally settle and return to ease.

✨ Saturday | 11:00am | In-Studio
Tai Chi for Calm & Balance with Christine. Slow, flowing movements to help you reconnect with your body and find your footing again.

These sessions are completely complimentary and open to everyone. We just want to make sure there’s a space for you to land 🤍
