In the words of Chandler (of Friends): ‘Could we BE anymore excited to announce another team member?!’

And this one is a biggie; as we’ve been working on getting Anna here from the UK for quite some time now (thanks Covid) - but she’s finally here and already getting stuck in to the business at hand.

We very proudly welcome, Anna Bright as our new Operations Manager!

Anna has been involved in the world of health and fitness since 1997, gaining an abundance of qualifications and experience at all levels from Fitness Coach to Centre Management, all before moving from the UK to the UAE in 2015.

As a keen marathon runner and triathlete often pushing her own body to its limits, Anna is fascinated by the body’s capabilities, and a firm believer in maintaining a healthy synergy between mind, body, and spirit.

She loves to witness and encourage others to achieve their own health goals through carefully designed fitness programmes, sound nutritional advice, reflection and meditation, and holistic therapies.

Anna is passionate about the pursuit of knowledge and strives each day to improve her body and mind, both in the world of fitness and beyond, to experience the rich tapestry of life in the healthiest way.

Flourishing from enthusiastic @bodytreebody client to now instructor, we are very proud to welcome Mennat Al Hammami as the freshest face to our expanding Bodytree team!

Discovering Bodytree Body in 2014, @mennatsjourney has been an avid fan of this style of movement, deepening her connection and appreciation for how we can fine-tune the brain and muscular connection at any age.

It wasn’t until the birth of her second child which caused massive trauma to her hips and pelvis, that launched her drive to rehabilitate through Pilates, Myofascial release (RAD Rolling Level 1), and eventually, Reiki (Levels 1 & 2).

Mennat’s holistic approach to fitness is evident in her dynamic sessions. She’s able to naturally support her clients in a calm and detail oriented manner. Her empathy for her students makes her an intuitive and deeply caring instructor.

In more huge news this month, we are enthralled to welcome back another legendary instructor, Anita Skafte!

From her clients to all of us here at Bodytree, we’ve all certainly felt the void of her absence for the past few months, but luckily for us she’s back and ready to joyfully reunite our Pilates community this October.

There will be plenty of new and diverse classes from Anita this fall. From healing ‘Basics and Care Pilates’ and all the way through to ‘Strength and Endurance Pilates’, Anita covers it all, and with her super power ‘X-ray vision’, there will be modifications so you can join almost all of her classes at your own level.

Anita has a special skill of creating community and there will always be lots of chatting, laughter and camaraderie in her classes, making the education of your body easier, and far more fun.

You can always expect a tough workout, but always with a smile with Anita.

Drawing on her astrological know-how, Angela can already tell how people will be feeling even before entering the room and can cater to helping everyone feel the best version of themselves when they leave.

Her naturally curious and open personality has blended her teaching style across many fitness modalities.

Angela can switch from being an intuitive lightworker facilitating a deep, emotional release through her yoga, to a powerful, athletic Pilates instructor. Her true understanding of fascial restoration and awareness in movement brings a truly holistic experience in everything she does.
