Sharifa’s path began on the mat, drawn to yoga for its healing potential and her training expanded into Pilates and fascial movement, laying the foundation for Bodytree’s deeply integrative approach.

At their core? A belief that true strength starts within and that breath, alignment, and intention can transform the body, mind, and soul.

Together, they created Bodytree Studio: Abu Dhabi’s first holistic wellness space, rooted in Pilates, yoga, functional movement, and community care.
